Luxury Ocean View Villa at Blue Parrot Beach House
The Upper Villa is the perfect fit for groups of up to 6 people.
This villa is part of a larger beach house , and located in the heart of the hotel district in Hopkins, Belize. There are restaurants within a short walk and next PADI 5-Star dive shop. Try out the complimentary kayaks and paddle boards or peddle to the quaint Garifuna village, Hopkins on our complimentary on-site bicycles.
NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES AS OTHER PROPEPRTIES CHARGE AND HOUSEKEEPING INCLUDED EVERY DECOND DAY!!!
The oceanfront spacious upstairs villa, have enough room for up to 6 guests comfortably.
The villa includes two ocean front master bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room with 2 futons, dining room, and a covered balcony overlooking the ocean. All staircases are external and each unit has its own private entrance.
Take advantage of discounts on spa services, diving, snorkeling and fishing trips or zip-lining when booking through our site, while staying with us.
According to Belize law, all property with in 66 feet from the water line is public property. Beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, inner tubes, corn hole and bicycles are for the exclusive use of the guests of Blue Parrot. Even though docks is owned by certain properties, all docks are on public property (in the ocean). The public is allowed access on the dock, if the dock is not in use by the dock owner.
At Blue parrot we believe in personal interaction with our guests. Reservations is usually handled by our reservations manager from the US.
Once in Belize, our property managers, who lives in Hopkins, will be available to greet and assist you. The house is equip with lock boxes at each entrance. This enable guests to access the house just in case our property manager is unable to let them in. Access code will be provided to guests. A private security guard is on during at night.
Breakfast can be arranged at an additional charge.

With the completion of the new coastal highway, Hopkins is now one of the "most central" beach towns in Belize. Only 1.5 hrs from the international airport and 30 min from the closest airstrip. Rent a car from Crystal car rental or we can arrange a transfer from the international airport.
