This large beach house is located in the heart of the hotel district in Hopkins, Belize. Ocean front with a pol - never more than 12 guests on site.

There are multiple restaurants within a short walk and next PADI 5-Star dive shop. Try out the complimentary kayaks and paddle boards or peddle to the quaint Garifuna village, Hopkins on our complimentary on-site bicycles.

The upper villa consists of 2 ocean front master bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, living room with 2 futon beds, dining room and full kitchen.

According to Belize law, all property with in 66 feet from the water line is public property. Beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, inner tubes, corn hole and bicycles are for the exclusive use of the guests of Blue Parrot. Even though docks is owned by certain properties, all docks are on public property (in the ocean). The public is allowed access on the dock, if the dock is not in use by the dock owner.

At Blue Parrot we believe in personal interaction with our guests. Reservations is usually handled by our reservations manager from the US. Once in Belize, our property managers, who lives in Hopkins, will be available to greet and assist you. The house is equipt with lock boxes at each entrance. This enable guests to access the house just in case our property manager is unable to let them in. Access code will be provided to guests approximately a week before your stay. A private security guard is on duty during at night. House keeping will be provided during your stay. Breakfast can be arranged at an additional charge.

The house is located in the resort district, 2 miles south of Hopkins, next to a Padi 5 dive shop and within walking distance on many great restaurants, bars, a gym, spa and convenience store.

Complimentary on site bicycles are available for guest use. Hire a golf cart nearby or rent a car in town.
