Due to back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late check-out isn’t available. Luggage drop-off is available for early arrivals.

💳 Resort Fee:
• $35 + tax per day, per reservation (not per person)
• Paid directly at the Haliʻi Kai Front Desk upon arrival (or next morning for arrivals after 5 PM)

🪪 Guest Cards:
• $100 credit card hold required
• Fully refunded when cards are returned

Damage Deposit & Cancellation Policy

🛡️ $500 damage deposit pre-authorized 2 days before checkout
↩️ Automatically released 7 days later if no damages occur

❌ Cancellation Policy:
• 100% refund within 24 hours of booking
• 96% refund (less admin fees) up to 30 days before check-in
• 50% refund between 30–14 days before check-in
• No refund within 14 days of check-in
