Lovely 2 BR condo~resort amenities~beachside - Hilton Head Island

*** Please note that pets are not allowed at the Hilton Head Resort. Reasonable accommodations will be made for guests with a service dog. Additional information may be required by the Hilton Head Resort Regime Office. Penalties are accessed by the HHR regime office if unauthorized pets are brought into the resort. Please note that any penalties will be the responsibility of the guests.
*** Please note that SUVs or larger vehicles must park in the open parking lot and cannot be parked under the building. Only cars/sedans are allowed to park in the parking area under the building. Penalties are enforced by the regime office if this rule is not properly observed.
*** Please observe the resort quiet hours and additional rules for use of pools, gym equipment, sauna etc. They will be shared with you once you reserve your stay. We want to ensure that you and your group, as well as everyone else staying in the community is enjoying their time.
*** We have done our best to maximize the space and allow our guests to have use of most of our home. However, you will notice that there are a couple of locked closets/cabinets in the home. We kindly ask that the locks are not tempered with and those areas are kept locked at all times.
*** Please note that the HHR regime does not allow any items to hang on the railing of the front porch.
*** Please note that the beach cart, chairs, and toys must be locked into the storage unit after use. Please do not bring those items into the condo. A storage locker code will be provided to you once you reserve your stay.
*** There is a surveillance camera at the entrance of the condo to the left of the front door. The camera is turned off once guests check in.
*** Our home is equipped with a smart lock and a Nest thermostat. You will be issued a unique door code that will activate at your arrival time and will expire at your departure time. The Nest thermostat is preset within a range that allows for a comfortable temperature inside. Guests can adjust the temperature within the limits of that preset temperature range. Please ensure that the front door and windows are closed if the HVAC system is operating.
