We've modified the 2nd bedroom allowing for a bit more versatility. Additionally an extra twin fold-able mattress is under the Queen bed. The two accent chairs can be used for remote work the two side tables have plugs, ports and allow for a laptop.

CONDO FEATURES: Private patio overlooking tennis courts, Smart TVs, dining table for 6, fully equipped kitchen, Drip and Keurig coffee maker, blender and separate water to fill water bottles, Wi-Fi, bath towels and bed linens provided. Extra USB plugs in guest bedroom for all your family electronic needs. Beach supplies provided: 2 beach wagons, 4 beach chairs, paddle ball, boogie boards.

Hilton Head Resort amenities include 2 outdoor pools (outdoor pool heated starting March 1st) and 1 heated indoor pool with a kiddie pool in the year-round recreation center, also includes a fitness center, hot tub and sauna, and an indoor track along with 6 lighted tennis courts, Pickleball (tennis racquets and pickleball paddles provided) and 24 hour onsite watch patrol. A beach shuttle also runs April-September from the resort to the beach. If you skip the ride and decide to take the approximate 12 minute walk, you can enjoy the pristine ecological marsh views along the way. The resort is centrally located on the island and never more than a 15 minute drive to any of the island activities you decide to enjoy on your vacation!

Hi there! We are delighted to have you stay and hope you enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer. My husband and I grew up vacationing in Hilton Head. His family built a home next door in Palmetto Dunes and we want to continue those same memories here with our family. Singleton Beach, which is the beach you will enjoy, offers so much more than just a lounge day at the beach. The inlet is relaxing to explore along with the walk over boardwalk. Each day you will see new wildlife. Have you seen the bald eagles yet? We have three children and want this to be an enjoyable spot for them to share with their friends for years to come. We chose this location because we are an active family. We bike, play tennis and pickleball and love the ecosystem the marsh offers. Having an indoor pool option and hot tub off season also allows us to enjoy the amenities year round. Please do not hesitate to reach out. Kiersten and Jason (listed January 2021)
