ACCESSING THE PROPERTY
★ This property is located in the mountains. 4WD may be needed during snowy/icy conditions, but is not necessary during normal conditions.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire cabin.

Other things to note
- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.

- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

- No RV or Trailer parking.

- The Fireplace is only operational from October 1 - April 1.

- The streaming services available on the property's Smart TVs require the guests' own personal login. Please Remember to log out upon checkout!

Community Pool Info:
-Guests have access to the 3 community pools & clubhouses, tennis courts & playground!
Pools are open Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.
-Pool Hours are 9 am to 9 pm.
-Passes are in the property from May to September

***Please Note: Lost pool passes will result in the guest being required to pay a $50 fee.

You will have private and exclusive access to the entire cabin and its amenities. This includes all interior spaces, the private deck, the hot tub, and the surrounding property. As our guest, you will also have access to the nearby community pool. Parking is convenient and on-site.

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. We will not be present during your stay, but we are always available via the messaging app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance. Self check-in and check-out make your arrival and departure seamless.

For your security, exterior security cameras are located on the property, monitoring outdoor areas.
We provide a complimentary starter set of toiletries and paper goods to help you get settled in for your stay.
All linens and towels for the cabin and hot tub are provided.
A full-size washer and dryer are available inside the cabin for your convenience.

We do have a 2 dog limit in our cabin. There is also a $130 pet fee.
