In Toulouse, in the heart of the vibrant "Cartoucherie" district and close to all shops and transport, discover this accommodation designed for your stay in Toulouse.

Stay like at home! Our accommodation is not a hotel but a characterful apartment designed to offer you a great experience:

In the living area you will find:
- A comfortable bed (140x190cm),
- An elegant reading nook with a small armchair and a coffee table,
- An adjoining bathroom, with a shower, toilet, and sink,
- A television and high-speed wifi.

You can also enjoy:
- A kitchen with the essentials: refrigerator-freezer, microwave, electric stove, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans.
- A dining area and two high chairs for lunch or remote work with a good coffee.

Appreciate the charm of this decorated apartment, tastefully renovated and optimized for a most pleasant stay.

The entire apartment is heated in winter (maximum 19° in the room).

Interaction with Guests:
We are available for our Travelers every day from 10 AM to 7 PM (we are not reachable between 7 PM and 10 AM, as we also like to rest a bit).
We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we happen to fall short of your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn :)

To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online registration (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. We will ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Contract), and the security deposit fingerprint exclusively by credit card (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)

Enjoy the many local shops for your daily needs. For your meals, you will find a wide choice of restaurants and cafes just a few minutes' walk away. The neighborhood is also known for its friendly atmosphere and green spaces, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Explore this charming neighborhood and soak up the Toulouse atmosphere!
