Le Câlin is a one-bedroom apartment of roughly 23 square metres in a quiet, secure residence in the Belfort-Jean Jaurès quarter of central Toulouse. The separate bedroom has a comfortable 140 × 200 cm double bed with fresh linen provided. The living room includes a two-seat sofa, a high table with stools, a flat-screen TV and fibre-optic Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, espresso coffee maker and a washing machine. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Pets are welcome at no extra charge. The apartment sits within easy walking distance of the Jean Jaurès metro station, the Allées Jean Jaurès and Gare Matabiau, making it an ideal base for exploring the city on foot or by public transport.

Guest Access:
The apartment is arranged across two distinct rooms. The bedroom is fully enclosed with a door for privacy, featuring a 140 × 200 cm double bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe. The living area combines a comfortable sofa, a high dining table with stools, a flat-screen TV receiving free-to-air channels and fibre Wi-Fi throughout. The kitchen is set along one wall and includes a two-burner hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, espresso machine and a washing machine. Cookware, crockery and utensils are provided. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Bed linen, towels and basic toiletries are supplied on arrival.

In case of emergency outside business hours, an after-hours number is provided in your check-in instructions. We aim to respond to all messages within one hour during operating hours.

The Neighborhood:
Le Câlin is located in the Belfort-Jean Jaurès quarter, one of the liveliest areas of central Toulouse. The Allées Jean Jaurès, a tree-lined boulevard with cafés, restaurants and a weekly market, are a three-minute walk away. The Jean Jaurès metro station (lines A and B) is roughly 400 metres from the apartment, giving direct access to Capitole, Esquirol and the main university campuses. Gare Matabiau, the city's main train station with TGV services to Paris and Bordeaux, is 800 metres on foot. The Place du Capitole is a 15-minute stroll along the boulevards. Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and restaurants are found within a two-block radius. Toulouse-Blagnac airport is reachable in 25 minutes by the airport shuttle from Gare Matabiau.

Getting Around:
Self check-in is available from 5 pm using a secure key box at the entrance of the building. Detailed access instructions, the building code and the key-box code are sent automatically the day before your arrival. The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by stairs only. The residence is quiet and secured with a coded entry. Street parking is available nearby, and the Jean Jaurès public car park is a five-minute walk away.

Pour préparer au mieux votre séjour, il vous sera demandé de compléter votre Boarding Pass avec notre solution extérieure ENSO Connect, seules les informations essentielles sont collectées en parfaite conformité avec les règles du RGPD et de la plateforme.
