The Space:
Ideally located in the city center, this renovated T2 is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful condominium on the Port of Saint-Sauveur and includes a private parking space in the basement.

Welcome home! Our accommodation is not a hotel but a characterful apartment designed to offer you a great experience:

You will find:

An open kitchenette fully equipped with:
- a refrigerator
- a microwave
- a Senseo coffee maker and a kettle

A cozy living area with:
- A TV area and a dining corner, you can also enjoy the table for work.

A charming balcony with:
- Cushions and outdoor seating,

A pleasant bedroom with:
- a large double bed,
- a beautiful wardrobe,

A functional bathroom with a bathtub.
The toilet is separate.

The decor is as neat as it is studied to help you feel at home.
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire accommodation for the duration of your stay.

To help you start your stay well, we will provide the essentials for the first night (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc.).

Interaction with Guests:
We are available for our Travelers every day from 10 AM to 7 PM (we are not reachable between 7 PM and 10 AM, as we also like to rest a bit).
We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn :)

To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online check-in (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. We will ask for your identification, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Contract) and the security deposit by credit card exclusively (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)

Welcome to the vibrant neighborhood of the Port of Saint-Sauveur, ideally located in the heart of Toulouse! Within a few minutes' walk, you can stroll along the quays, enjoy the lively atmosphere, and discover numerous restaurants offering a variety of cuisine, from neighborhood bistros to more gastronomic tables. Shopping enthusiasts will be delighted to find designer boutiques and local shops just steps away. For your cultural outings, the city center and its historical treasures are easily accessible, either on foot or via public transport. Getting Around:
The apartment is ideally located for exploring Toulouse. For your travels, you will find several options: the nearest metro station is just a few minutes' walk away, providing easy access to the city center and major tourist sites. Several bus lines also serve the area, with stops near the building. For those arriving by car, a private parking space is available in the basement of the building (for a fee). Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is about a 20-minute drive or accessible by public transport.
