Welcome to the Skywalker, a unique T2 with a Star Wars theme nestled in the eco-district of Cartoucherie in Toulouse! On the 1st floor of a modern residence, this bright apartment accommodates up to 4 guests with a separate bedroom and a convertible sofa. Equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, balcony, and private parking: everything is ready. Just 5 minutes from the Zénith and the banks of the Garonne, 15 minutes from the Capitole by tram T1. Self-check-in 24/7, host available from 10 AM to 8 PM.

The Space:
The Skywalker lives up to its name: the decor inspired by the Star Wars universe gives this apartment a unique personality that will appeal to fans and the curious alike.

The living space is organized around a bright living room with a convertible sofa, television, and a desk area for remote work. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed with blackout curtains for peaceful sleep.

The open kitchen is fully equipped: induction cooktops, microwave, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary dishware. A dining area for two completes the space.

The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. Sheets, towels, and first-night essentials (soap, toilet paper, dish soap) are provided. High-speed WiFi is accessible throughout the apartment.

Guest Access:
Self-check-in 24/7 with an access code provided before your stay. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a recent residence with an elevator.

A private parking space is included in the reservation — a real plus in Toulouse! You can access it directly from the residence.

To kick off your stay, first-night essentials are provided. Individual heating ensures optimal comfort in every season.

Interaction with Guests:
Our team is available every day from 10 AM to 8 PM to answer your questions and assist you during your stay. Outside of these hours, we also take a little break! A digital welcome guide will be sent to you before your arrival with all the practical information about the accommodation and the neighborhood.

The Neighborhood:
The eco-district of Cartoucherie is one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in Toulouse, at the crossroads of the new and the old. Built on the site of an old military cartridge factory, this thriving neighborhood combines contemporary architecture, green spaces, and authentic neighborhood life.

Just a 5-minute walk away, the Zénith Toulouse-Métropole hosts concerts and shows all year round. The banks of the Garonne are just a few steps away for a stroll along the river or a morning jog. The nearby Port Viguerie offers a picturesque setting appreciated by locals.

Shops, bakeries, restaurants, and cafes are present in the neighborhood. The Cartoucherie market adds a local touch to your shopping. The city center and the Capitole are 15 minutes away by tram T1.

Getting Around:
Tram T1: Cartoucherie stop is a 3-minute walk, direct line to the city center (Palais de Justice stop in 10 min, Esquirol in 15 min). Bus: several lines serve the neighborhood. Metro: line A accessible via tram connection (Arènes station 2 stops away). Toulouse-Matabiau train station: about 25 min by public transport. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport: 15 min by car, airport shuttle accessible via tram T2 (connection at Palais de Justice). Private parking included in the reservation.

Other Things to Note:
To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete your Boarding Pass with our external solution ENSO Connect, only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules and the platform. We will ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal requirement in France to have a written Contract) and a €500 security deposit hold (you may also choose as an alternative a damage waiver, a flat fee paid that exempts you from liability up to an amount equal to the security deposit. This damage waiver is non-refundable, unlike the security deposit). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)
