The Space:
The Le Saint-Aubin apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a Toulouse building with a security code, without an elevator. Upon entering, a hallway leads to all the rooms.

The living room, bright thanks to its double-glazed window overlooking a quiet inner courtyard, features a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a desk area ideal for remote work. The open kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking plates, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and all the necessary cooking utensils (dishes, utensils, pots).

The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed with quality bedding. It provides access to the en-suite bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, a sink, and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate.

High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the apartment. An iron and ironing board are available. Individual heating ensures optimal comfort regardless of the season.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. Check-in is done independently through a secure key box system, and instructions will be provided before your arrival.

The building has a security code at the entrance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator (stairs in good condition). To start your stay off right, we provide first-night essentials: soap, toilet paper, and dish soap.

Interaction with Guests:
The Keytoko.homes team is available every day from 10 AM to 7 PM by phone, SMS, or Airbnb messaging. Outside of these hours, an emergency number is available for any urgent situations.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the Saint-Aubin district, one of the liveliest areas in the heart of Toulouse. Place Saint-Aubin, 150 m away, hosts a renowned food market every Sunday morning. Allées Jean Jaurès, nicknamed the Toulouse Ramblas, are 200 m away with their cinemas, shops, and café terraces.

On foot, you can reach Place du Capitole (15 min), the Canal du Midi (10 min), the Basilica of Saint-Sernin (12 min), and the banks of the Garonne (20 min) in just a few minutes. The area is full of restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores for all tastes and budgets. Matabiau train station, 600 m away, connects to Bordeaux, Paris, and Barcelona by TGV.

Getting Around:
Jean Jaurès metro station (lines A and B) is a 3-minute walk away, or 250 m. It is the main transfer hub of the Tisséo network: line A serves Capitole, Jean Jaurès, and Balma-Gramont, while line B connects Ramonville to Borderouge, passing by the universities.

Matabiau train station is 600 m away (8 min walk). It provides TGV connections to Paris (4h10), Bordeaux (2h), and Barcelona (3h30), as well as TER services to Carcassonne, Albi, and Montauban.

Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is accessible in 25 minutes by airport shuttle from Matabiau train station, or in 20 minutes by car. Several public parking options are available nearby for those arriving by car (paid street parking in the center).

Other Things to Note:
To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete your Boarding Pass with our external solution ENSO Connect; only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR regulations and the platform's rules. We will ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (due to the legal requirement in France to have a written contract), and a €500 security deposit (you may also choose an alternative damage waiver, a flat fee paid that exempts you from liability up to an amount equal to the security deposit. This damage waiver is non-refundable, unlike the security deposit). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)

The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator: please keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility difficulties. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Professional cleaning is included at check-in and check-out.
