- Quiet T2 on the 10th floor (with elevator) and partially renovated;
- Amenities to feel at home (coffee maker, cooking plate, sheets & towels provided...);
- Ideally located (Gare Matabiau), check-in from 5 PM with complete autonomy and a host available until 8 PM;
- Some flaws and signs of time, but incredible charm and a unique view of the pink city and the Pyrenees chain!

The Space:
In Toulouse, in the heart of the city and close to all shops and transport, discover this unique accommodation with a bedroom located on the 10th floor, offering a remarkable view of Toulouse and its region.

Stay like at home! Our accommodation is not a hotel but a character apartment designed to offer you a great experience:

- Located very close to Gare Matabiau, the apartment enjoys a nice bright exposure and a paid parking (Effia) nearby.

- A cozy living room with table and chairs, sofa (worn), armchairs, coffee table, and 44’’ TV with high-speed wifi (fiber 400 Mb/s) and storage (not renovated) as well as a large balcony overlooking Toulouse!

- A fully equipped kitchen with a sink (stained), refrigerator-freezer, microwave, oven, electric cooking plate, kettle, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, Nespresso coffee maker (pods not provided).

- A bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and an incredible view of northern Toulouse.

- A bathroom with a shower (some worn tiles), a large sink, and some storage. Independent WC "in their juice".

Appreciate the charm of the old combined with partial renovation and tasteful decoration, live an unparalleled experience!

The entire apartment is heated in winter (maximum 18° in the room).

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire accommodation during your stay.

Although partially renovated and regularly maintained, the apartment presents elements of the old (stained sink, broken tiles, abundant dust...).

Interaction with Guests:
We are available for our Travelers every day from 10 AM to 7 PM (we are not reachable between 7 PM and 10 AM, as we also like to rest a bit).
We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn :)

To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online registration (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. We will ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Contract) and the security deposit fingerprint by credit card exclusively (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)

Other Things to Note:
To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete your Boarding Pass with our external solution ENSO Connect, only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules and the platform. We will ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a written Contract) and the 500€ security deposit fingerprint (you may also choose alternatively a damage waiver, a flat fee paid that exempts you from liability up to an amount equal to the security deposit. This damage waiver is non-refundable, unlike the security deposit). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)
