The living area features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining space. The open kitchen is fitted with a hob, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, cookware and tableware — everything you need to prepare meals at home. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout, making it easy to work remotely during your stay.

The separate bedroom offers a quality double bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with first-night essentials.

Le Pimpant sits between the Arènes metro station and the green spaces of the Ile du Ramier, roughly five minutes on foot from each. You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay, including the living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. We provide first-night essentials — soap, toilet paper and washing-up liquid — so you can settle in straight away.

Le Pimpant is managed by Keytoko.homes, a professional short- and mid-term rental operator based in Toulouse. The apartment is registered with the City of Toulouse in accordance with local regulations. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00 out of respect for neighbours. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Pets are welcome on request — please let us know in advance.

Saint-Cyprien is one of the most vibrant and sought-after neighbourhoods on the left bank of the Garonne in Toulouse. Rue Henri Desbals is lined with local shops, bakeries and restaurants. The covered market of Saint-Cyprien is a short walk north, offering fresh produce and regional specialities. The Ile du Ramier and its parks are five minutes south on foot, ideal for jogging or a weekend stroll. The Garonne riverbanks are just around the corner, and the Pont Neuf connects you to the historic centre in minutes.

Getting Around:
The Arènes metro station (line A) is a five-minute walk from the apartment, giving you direct access to Jean-Jaurès, Capitole and gare Matabiau. Several bus lines also run along Rue Henri Desbals. The city centre is about ten minutes by metro or twenty minutes on foot across the Pont Neuf. Toulouse-Blagnac airport is reachable in roughly thirty minutes via the airport shuttle from gare Matabiau. The Ile du Ramier greenway is nearby for cycling.
