The Factory - 4p - Bright & Green/Parking/Balcony - Balma

The Space:
In a green, quiet, and secure residence, discover a completely renovated apartment in an industrial style.

For those who appreciate well-deserved rest, you can enjoy all the comfort that the apartment offers (note that this is not a hotel ^^)

You will find:

An open kitchen fully equipped to prepare delicious meals.

A comfortable living area with:
- a very comfortable sofa bed (160x200cm),
- a television with public channels,

A bedroom with the charm of a New York Loft:
- 1 queen size bed (160x200cm),

A superb bathroom with a bathtub, a sink, and some storage.

The decoration is as thoughtful as it is studied to allow you to feel at home.

High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the apartment, ideal for remote work and families.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire accommodation during your stay.

To help you start your stay well, we will provide the essentials for your first night (soap, toilet paper, dish soap...).

Interaction with Guests:
We are available for our Guests every day from 10 AM to 7 PM (we are not reachable between 7 PM and 10 AM, as we also like to rest a bit).
We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn :)

To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online registration (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. We will ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Contract), and the security deposit fingerprint by credit card exclusively (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)

The Neighborhood:
Located in the east of Toulouse in the Soupetard district, you will find:
- 50m away: numerous restaurants and fast food (McDonald's, several pizzerias, tacos, sushi, Vietnamese...)
- 50m away: an Aldi supermarket with its gas station.
- 5 minutes by car: an Intermarché supermarket, an ice rink, and a swimming pool.

Getting Around:
Located 300m from the ring road: perfect for getting around easily by car.

Bus stop 50m away (1 bus every 10 minutes on average)

Access to the metro by bus in 10 minutes (Roseraie station).

Access to the metro by car in 10 minutes (Argoulets or Balma Gramont station).

Other Things to Note:
To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete your Boarding Pass with our external solution ENSO Connect; only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules and the platform. We will ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a written Contract), and the 500€ security deposit fingerprint (you may also choose alternatively a damage waiver, a flat fee paid that exempts you from liability up to an amount equal to the security deposit. This damage waiver is non-refundable, unlike the security deposit). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)
