The Midi - 2p - Medium term - Toulouse

Welcome to Le Midi, a charming apartment ideally located in the heart of Toulouse! This one-bedroom accommodation is perfect for a medium-term stay. Enjoy a central location, close to the city's attractions and amenities. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The Space:
Discover the ideal layout of Le Midi, designed for your comfort. The apartment features a cozy bedroom, furnished with a comfortable double bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The bedroom is equipped with quality bedding and blackout curtains for peaceful nights. The adjacent dining area offers a friendly space to enjoy your meals. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite dishes, with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils. The complete bathroom is equipped with a shower and soft bath towels.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available for our Travelers every day from 10 AM to 7 PM (we are not reachable between 7 PM and 10 AM, as we also like to rest a bit). We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we happen to fall short of your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn :)

To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online check-in (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR regulations. We will ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal requirement in France to have a Police Record and a written Contract), and the security deposit fingerprint by credit card exclusively (amount confirmed in the conditions and under the payment tab). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)

Other Things to Note:
To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete your Boarding Pass with our external solution ENSO Connect; only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR regulations and the platform. We will ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal requirement in France to have a written Contract), and the 500€ security deposit fingerprint (you may also choose alternatively a damage waiver, a flat fee paid that exempts you from liability up to an amount equal to the security deposit. This damage waiver is non-refundable, unlike the security deposit). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)
