Ideally located in the city center, this newly renovated T2 is on the 1st floor, without an elevator, of a small condominium by the banks of the Daurade.

Stay like at home! Our accommodation is not a hotel but a characterful apartment designed to offer you a great experience:

The apartment is quiet and relaxing while being in the heart of the city, with its bars and restaurants.

You will find:

An open kitchenette fully equipped with:
- dishes and kitchen utensils,
- a fridge,
- induction plates,
- a microwave,
- a Nespresso coffee maker,
- a kettle,
- a toaster,
- a work surface,

A cozy living area with:
- a 2-seater sofa,
- a television with public channels,
- a dining table

A superb bedroom with its private bathroom featuring:
- a queen size bed (160x200cm),
- a storage closet,
- a fan
- bed linen provided,

A functional bathroom with:
- a shower,
- a beautiful sink,
- a towel rack,
- a bathroom cabinet,
- toilet
- towels provided,

The decoration is as neat as it is studied to make you feel at home.
High-speed Wifi is accessible throughout the apartment, ideal for remote work.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire accommodation during your stay.

To help you start your stay well, we will provide the essentials for your first night (soap, toilet paper, dish soap...).

Interaction with Guests:
We are available for our Guests every day from 10 AM to 7 PM (we are not reachable between 7 PM and 10 AM, as we also like to rest a bit).
We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn :)

To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online registration (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. We will ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Contract) and the security deposit fingerprint exclusively by credit card (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)
