Welcome to Le Lamartine, a modern two-bedroom apartment overlooking the lake in Frouzins, a peaceful town just south of Toulouse. Designed for up to four guests, it offers bright living spaces, a fully equipped open kitchen, a walk-in shower, free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi. The lakeside promenade is steps from the front door, while Toulouse centre is a short drive or bus ride away. Managed by Keytoko Homes.

The Space:
Le Lamartine is a brand-new apartment on the ground floor of a quiet, secure residence in Frouzins, just minutes from the lakeside promenade. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the open-plan living area with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere that feels far removed from the bustle of the city.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living and dining space, making it easy to cook and share meals together. Two comfortable bedrooms — one with a double bed, the other with twin beds — and a modern shower room with a walk-in rain shower and separate WC provide all the space a family or group of friends needs.

A private parking space is included, and the apartment benefits from high-speed fibre Wi-Fi throughout. The building is recent and well maintained, with secure entry and a calm, family-friendly atmosphere.

Guest Access:
You have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay, including the private parking space. First-night essentials — coffee, tea, sugar and a few basics — are provided so you can settle in straight away. The apartment is on the ground floor with step-free access.

Interaction with Guests:
This property is managed by Keytoko Homes, a professional short-term rental operator registered with the City of Toulouse. To prepare your stay, you will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement, provide a valid identity document for the lead guest, and place a security deposit of €300 (refunded after checkout). An online check-in via our platform is also required to confirm the identity of all guests.

A few things worth knowing so you can book with full confidence: Le Lamartine is a three-room apartment located in Frouzins, a residential town about 20 minutes south of central Toulouse by car. The property is near a lake and offers a peaceful suburban setting, but a car is strongly recommended to reach shops, restaurants and public transport. The apartment is on an upper floor with lift access and has a balcony. Two separate bedrooms accommodate up to four guests.

Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am out of respect for our neighbours. Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted.

The Neighborhood:
Frouzins is a quiet residential town on the southern outskirts of Toulouse, known for its lake and green surroundings. The lakeside promenade is just steps from the apartment — ideal for morning jogs, family strolls or simply watching the sunset over the water. The town centre offers bakeries, a pharmacy, a post office and a selection of local shops for everyday needs. A Lidl and an Intermarché are within a short drive for larger grocery runs. For a day out, the medieval village of Muret is fifteen minutes south, and the Pyrenean foothills are within easy reach for hiking or skiing in season.

Getting Around:
Bus routes connect Frouzins to the southern Toulouse metro stations, with stops within walking distance of the apartment. By car, the centre of Toulouse is roughly twenty minutes via the D120 or the A64 motorway, and Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is about thirty minutes depending on traffic. Free on-site parking is included with the apartment, and the local road network provides easy access to the ring road for trips to Muret, Colomiers or further afield.
