The Space:
Le Jungle is a ground-floor one-bedroom apartment tucked inside a quiet family residence on Rue Serge Gainsbourg in Blagnac. Step through the front door and you are greeted by lush, tropical-themed décor that gives the space its distinctive personality — think warm tones, leafy accents and carefully chosen furnishings that turn a simple flat into a genuine retreat.

The open-plan living area includes a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave and all the essentials for cooking at home. The separate bedroom features a quality double bed and generous storage, while the bathroom offers a spa-style balneo bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

French doors open onto a private garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet evening outdoors. Free parking is available on site, and high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay. Although the apartment has been renovated, a few period details remain, lending it an authentic charm.

Guest Access:
You have exclusive access to the entire apartment and private garden for the duration of your stay. Free on-site parking is included. First-night essentials — coffee, tea, sugar and a few basics — are provided so you can settle in straight away. The apartment is on the ground floor with step-free access.

Interaction with Guests:
This property is managed by Keytoko Homes, a professional short-term rental operator registered with the City of Toulouse. To prepare your stay, you will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement, provide a valid identity document for the lead guest, and place a security deposit of €300 (refunded after checkout). An online check-in via our platform is also required to confirm the identity of all guests.

A few things worth knowing so you can book with full confidence: Le Jungle is a ground-floor apartment with private garden access, located in a quiet residential area of Blagnac near the airport. The property accommodates up to three guests. Given its proximity to Toulouse-Blagnac airport, occasional aircraft noise may be audible, though the area remains peaceful. A private outdoor space with garden furniture is included.

Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am out of respect for our neighbours. Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted.

The Neighborhood:
Le Jungle is set in a peaceful residential street in central Blagnac, a charming town on the western edge of Toulouse. The Place des Arts and the old village centre are a pleasant ten-minute walk away, offering bakeries, restaurants, a weekly market and all daily amenities. The banks of the Garonne are close by for riverside walks or cycling. The Odyssud cultural centre, with its cinema and theatre programme, is just down the road. For larger shopping needs, the Blagnac commercial zone and the Leclerc hypermarket are a short drive away.

Getting Around:
Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is barely ten minutes away by car, making Le Jungle an ideal base for early flights or late arrivals. The Blagnac tramway station (line T1) is within walking distance and connects you to Toulouse city centre, including Arènes and the metro network, in around twenty minutes. Several bus routes serve the neighbourhood for local journeys. Free on-site parking is included, and the rocade (ring road) and the A621 motorway are easily accessible for trips further afield.

Cette renonciation aux dommages n'est pas remboursable, contrairement au dépôt de garantie).
