Stay with Laetitia & Guillaume as if you were at home! Our accommodation is not a hotel but a character apartment designed to offer you a great experience:

- Located in the heart of the Ponts Jumeaux district, near Airbus Saint-Elois, the apartment is in a quiet and secure residence, on the 4th floor without an elevator.

- A cozy living room with a table and chairs, sofa, armchairs, coffee table, and television, high-speed wifi (fiber).

- An American kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, espresso coffee maker (pods not provided), washing machine (detergent not provided).

- Three beautiful bedrooms with double beds (140x190cm), storage spaces, and desks.

- A well-kept bathroom with a shower, a large sink, and some storage. Independent WC

The entire apartment is heated in winter (maximum 19° in the room). Possible olfactory nuisances.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the three bedrooms each with a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a welcoming living area, a private balcony with city views, and a full bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Please note that the use of the washing machine is available for your convenience. The apartment is designed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for families and groups.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available for our Travelers every day from 10 am to 7 pm (we are not reachable between 7 pm and 10 am, as we also like to rest a bit).
We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we happen not to meet your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn :)

To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online registration (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. We will ask you for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Contract) and the deposit fingerprint by credit card exclusively (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)

Getting around Toulouse is a breeze from Le Gemini! The nearest metro station is just a short walk away, providing easy access to all the city's highlights. From there, you can quickly reach major transit hubs and explore the Airbus facilities. For those arriving by car, paid parking options are available nearby. Please note that specific parking details and costs can be found in the local area. Travel times to key locations are conveniently short, making your stay at Le Gemini both comfortable and well-connected.

Other Things to Note:
To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete your Boarding Pass with our external solution ENSO Connect, only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules and the platform. We will ask you for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a written Contract) and the 500€ deposit fingerprint (you may also choose alternatively a damage waiver, a flat fee paid that exempts you from liability up to an amount equal to the deposit. This damage waiver is non-refundable, unlike the deposit). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)
