The Space:
Le Cozen is a fully renovated T2 located on the ground floor of a secure and green residence in the Minimes district. The apartment features a private terrace furnished with a table, two chairs, and loungers to enjoy the sunny days.

The living room has a convertible sofa (140 x 200 cm), a connected 4K TV, and fiber Wi-Fi access. The reversible air conditioning ensures optimal comfort in all seasons. The open kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, and utensils.

The separate bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm) with quality bedding and bed linen provided. The bathroom has a bathtub and a hairdryer.

A private parking space is reserved for the accommodation. The residence also offers access to a pool (open from June to the end of August), a gym, and a tennis court.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire accommodation and its private terrace for the duration of your stay. A parking space is reserved within the residence. You also have access to the communal facilities: pool (from June to the end of August), gym, and tennis court.

Check-in is done autonomously through a secure key box system. Access instructions will be provided to you before your arrival. To kickstart your stay, we provide the essentials for the first night: soap, toilet paper, and dish soap.

Interaction with Guests:
The Keytoko.homes team is available every day from 10 AM to 7 PM by phone, SMS, or Airbnb messaging. Outside of these hours, an emergency number is available for any urgent situation.

We do our best to respond quickly to your questions and assist you throughout your stay. If something does not meet your expectations, please let us know: we always prefer to find a solution during your stay rather than after your departure.

The Neighborhood:
Le Cozen is located in the Minimes district, a residential and family area in the north of Toulouse. The neighborhood offers all the necessary local shops: supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and restaurants within a 5-minute drive.

The Minimes Market takes place every week and offers fresh local products. The Argoulets park, 10 minutes by car, provides a large green space ideal for running or relaxing. The Borderouge shopping center is accessible in just a few minutes by metro.

The neighborhood is close to the SNCF Training Campus, OFII, and the MIN of Toulouse, making it a convenient location for business travel.

Getting Around:
Enjoy easy access to public transport from Le CoZen! The Trois Cocus metro station (line B) is just a 12-minute walk away, allowing you to quickly reach downtown Toulouse and its attractions. For those arriving by car, a parking space is reserved for you, and many other spaces are available in the residence and outside. Access to the ring road is also very simple, just 2 minutes by car. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is 12 minutes by car.

Other Things to Note:
To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete your Boarding Pass with our external solution ENSO Connect; only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules and the platform. We will ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal requirement in France to have a written contract), and a €500 security deposit (you may also choose as an alternative a damage waiver, a flat fee paid that exempts you from liability up to an amount equal to the security deposit. This damage waiver is non-refundable, unlike the security deposit). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)
