Bigger groups will feel small in this expansive space appreciating the ability to spread out into the family room or a formal living room, while having the luxury of a full bath on this level.

On the top floor, the primary bedroom with a stunningly renovated ensuite and private deck access will be your zen retreat after a long day of travel. The three other rooms share a generous sized full bath.

For those working remotely, there are two separate, fully equipped private offices, one on the ground level where natural light pours into the desk nook to greet you while you work and one attached to the primary suite. The downstairs office is a spacious room including a queen bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

This 3,700 sf home has plenty to do inside, if you feel like staying in. But, outside you have a private backyard and pool area with fire pit, a game room hang out with a 65” TV.

The house is set up perfectly with multiple desks to work remotely. High speed Internet allows for quick uploads, downloads, and streaming.

Each level has an expansive area to explore with covered decks on all three levels:

1st Floor: Office space with Queen Bed, Game Room, Heated Pool*, Firepit & Garage Access.

2nd Floor: Spacious main floor has Kitchen with two dishwashers and a beverage fridge, Full bath, Formal Living Room, Family room, three dining areas & deck access that spans the entire length of the home, overlooking the pool

3rd Floor: On the top floor are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and the laundry room. BR #1: Primary with King Bed ensuite and attached office. BR #2: Queen bedroom with deck access. BR #3: King bed and en-suite bathroom with deck access. BR #4: Full bed with bunk and trundle room. Extra rollaway bed on site.

The home is located just outside of downtown Tarpon Springs, a magical coastal town on the Gulf of Mexico with a rich Greek heritage, sponge docks, and quaint beaches. This charming town offers fun activities for adults and children, Dolphin cruises, chic shopping, dockside strolls, and world-famous Greek cuisine.

From the Tarpon Treehouse, you can bike or drive to two local beaches, Fred Howard Park/Beach (1.2 miles from house) and Sunset Beach Park (Less than a mile). Both are local favorites, perfect for a restful day in the sun and wonderful for families to experience the calm, clear water and plentiful wildlife. These two destinations feature white sandy beaches, uncrowded swim areas, recreational facilities, and spectacular sunsets. Watch nesting ospreys and eagles as they fish for food in the surrounding waters or dolphins, and occasionally manatees, enjoying the calm gulf water. Visit Fun Wheel Rentals (Fred Howard) to enhance your experience on the water - water trikes, kayaks, SUP Boards. And, don't miss Sunset Beach Park's free concert series on your trip.

While in Tarpon Springs, visitors are encouraged to visit both the Historic Downtown Shopping District and the Sponge Docks on Dodecanese Boulevard. Downtown, shop in local boutiques and enjoy the local Greek restaurants and cafes Tarpon is known for. A local favorite is the Replay Amusement Museum where you can spend an afternoon playing pinball and afterwards take a boat ride down the Anclote River into the gorgeous intercoastal. For the golf lovers, Innisbrook Golf Resort, home of the PGA Tour’s Valspar Championship courses, is right around the corner.
The location is perfect for exploring the famed beaches of Clearwater and St. Petersburg that regularly are featured as top beaches in the United States. Spend an evening in quirky Dunedin. Take in the culture at the various museums in St. Petersburg. Check out a concert at one of the area's various concert halls and amphitheaters or spend the day at the zoo or aquarium in Tampa.

*Pool will be heated to 80 but actual temperatures are dependent on the air temperatures. If a higher temperature is desired guest may elect to have it heated to a higher temp for an incremental fee.

*There are 2 security cameras. One covering the driveway, one for the doorbell. Both cameras are accessible by the host and can be viewed via the Google Home screens by guests
