The Space

Welcome to your Hill Country retreat on Hudson Bend—perfect for family gatherings, group getaways, and relaxing escapes. Our spacious home offers modern comfort with multiple living areas, high ceilings, and plenty of room to spread out.

The bright open-concept living space features large windows, comfortable seating, and direct access to the balcony for elevated Hill Country views. Cook together in the fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, or enjoy grilling on one of the two private balconies.

This home is an entertainment paradise. Your stay includes:

Private Home Theater – Enjoy movie night in your own 8-seat cinema with surround sound.
Game Room – Foosball, a retro arcade machine, board games, and plenty of space to play.
Outdoor Relaxation – Unwind in the private hot tub or relax in the yard.

When it's time to rest, everyone will sleep comfortably in our well-appointed bedrooms, all featuring plush linens and blackout shades. Pets are welcome too!

Guest Access

You will have complete and private access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces such as the theater, game room, balconies, and yard. Self check-in makes arrival simple and flexible.

We are always just a message or phone call away if you need anything during your stay.

The Neighborhood

Located in Hudson Bend, this home is surrounded by natural beauty and nearby outdoor activities. Lake Travis is just a short drive away—perfect for boating, paddle boarding, and waterfront dining. Local restaurants, breweries, and scenic hiking trails are all close by.

Downtown Austin is also within easy driving distance for those looking to explore the city.

Getting Around

Parking is available in the driveway; however, please note that the driveway is very steep. Vehicles with low clearance may prefer using the two parking spaces directly across the street, which can also accommodate boat trailers.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

The driveway is very steep. If you have a car with low clearance we recommend parking across the street. There are two spots directly across from the driveway, can also be used for boat parking.
