Guest access: Self check-in with smart keypad, private driveway parking, full access to house, pool, patio, and tiki hut dock with full size dining table. SUP, Kayaks, bikes, beach gear and more.

We want you to feel completely at home during your stay! For your safety and to protect our property management operations, please review our accessible and restricted areas:

✔️ Areas You Have Full Access To:
The Entire Home: You have full, private use of all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living areas.
Garage: You have full access and may park one car in the garage. Amenities stored in the garage are yours to enjoy with the exception of the covered motorized scooters. Please ensure bikes are put back in the garage and not left outside on the driveway.
The Private Pool & Screened Lanai: The outdoor pool deck and patio furniture are yours to enjoy. Please remember to return all pool toys to the lanai storage bin and close patio umbrella when finished.
The Backyard, Dock & Tiki Hut: Enjoy sunset views under the tiki, full use of kayaks and SUPs, the BBQ grill and fishing off the dock. Please clean grill after use, return kayaks and SUPs on their side along the fence and fishing gear to the garage when done.
Driveway Parking: Full access to the driveway for up to 2 vehicles and garage parking for 1 vehicle.

✖️ Areas That Are Strictly Off-Limits:
Locked Supply Closet & Garage Safe: The locked closet in the kitchen and the garage safe are our Private Owner’s Storage Areas. These areas hold our private property and turnover supplies and are strictly off-limits to guests. Tampering with these locks will result in an immediate violation of the rental agreement.
Motorized Scooters in Garage: We have two scooters that are covered with "No Access" signs in the garage. These are for owner's use only and strictly off-limits to guests.
Pool Equipment & Pump Cage: The mechanical pool heater, pump controls, and automated chlorination systems located behind the house are strictly off-limits. Please do not touch or adjust any valves or control panels. If you need a temperature adjustment, message us directly and we can adjust it remotely or coordinate with our pool technician.
AC Thermostat Restrictions: While you are welcome to adjust the thermostat for your comfort, the system is programmed with a cooling floor limit of 70°F to prevent the HVAC unit from freezing up in the Florida humidity.
The Lawn/Grass Areas (No Parking): Please do not park any vehicles or trailers on the grass at any time. The lawn houses our shallow-ground irrigation and sprinkler system, which will crush under the weight of a vehicle.
