In one of the most emblematic private hotels of Toulouse located in the heart of the Daurade district, you are close to the best of the pink city.

Ideally located in a historic and typically Toulouse building, this T1bis Loft is situated on the garden level in the courtyard of a historic private hotel, in the heart of the La Daurade / Capitole district.

The apartment has the charm of the old combined with a beautiful renovation.
Overlooking the street through air vents, you can enjoy the city while being moderately disturbed by its noises.

Travelers appreciate our accommodation for its features:

A functional kitchen fully equipped with:
- dishes and cooking utensils,
- a fridge,
- induction plates,
- an electric kettle,
- a Nespresso coffee machine,
- a washing machine,

A charming living room with:
- a convertible sofa (optional, +10€, at least 24h in advance),
- coffee table,

A functional bedroom with its dressing room:
- a Queen Size bed (160cmx190cm),
- small closets to store your belongings,
- a beautiful Italian shower,

A beautiful bathroom with its historic door:
- a nice double,
- a towel dryer,
- a sink and its storage unit,
- a washing machine.
- WC.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire accommodation during your stay.

To help you start your stay well, we will provide the essentials for your first night (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid...).

Interaction with Guests:
Sheets and towels are provided.
High-speed Wifi is accessible throughout the apartment.

Note that the apartment is old, tastefully renovated, and may therefore show some traces of time passing (wooden windows, brick joints, dust...), however, please know that the apartment is cleaned and sanitized professionally between each rental.

The keys are located nearby and require a short 5-minute walk to retrieve them.
We are available for our Travelers every day from 10 AM to 7 PM (we are not reachable between 7 PM and 10 AM, as we also like to rest a bit).
We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we happen to fall short of your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn :)

To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online registration (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. We will ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Contract) and the deposit fingerprint by credit card exclusively (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab). This step is necessary, otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)

Getting Around:
The apartment is ideally located to explore Toulouse. For your travels, several options are available to you. The nearest metro stop is just a few minutes' walk away, allowing you to easily reach the main points of interest in the city. Buses also serve the area, providing a convenient alternative. For those who prefer to drive, paid parking is available near the apartment. Additionally, Toulouse-Matabiau train station is easily accessible by public transport, facilitating your travels to other destinations. Toulouse-Blagnac airport is also reachable by shuttle or taxi, with a reasonable travel time.

We will ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a written Contract) and the 500€ deposit fingerprint (you may also choose alternatively a damage waiver, a flat fee paid that exempts you from liability up to an amount equal to the deposit. This damage waiver is non-refundable, unlike the deposit). This step is necessary, otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)
