La Isla Retreat, 6 BR pool house near Disney Parks - Kissimmee

Bring your family to a spacious pool house located only 3 miles away from Disney Parks, and about 1.5h from both Florida coasts and beautiful beaches. Your next vacation home has an oversized covered deck, salt water pool and spa overlooking lake and nature preserve. Four king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two themed twin bedrooms with shared bathroom, fully equipped open concept kitchen, dining room, two living spaces and a game room will accommodate your big family. Located in gated Emerald Island Resort.

La Isla Retreat is a two story house with 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, game room, private salt water pool and spa, and oversized lanai and pool deck overlooking lake and woodland.

Primary traveler needs to be at least 25 years old to be able to book vacation stay at our house, groups consisting of guests who are mostly younger than 25 years will not be able to book with us. No third-party booking is allowed.

Ground floor:

2 Living spaces

Formal dining room with table and seating for 8 people

Fully equipped kitchen with big island and seating for 8 people

1 King bedroom with en-suite bathroom

Game room with pool table, air hockey, darts

Oversized pool deck and lanai with tables, chairs and lounge chairs – all these overlooking a lake and nature preserve

First floor:

3 King bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms

2 Twin bedrooms (Pandora and Star Wars themed)

Family bathroom

Pool and spa can be heated for additional fee of $40 per day, which must be requested and paid for entire stay at least 48h in advance. Pool heating is recommended for stays from October to April.

Please note, that Emerald Island Resort charges non-refundable access card fee - $20+tax per car, payable by guests to the resort upon arrival and check in.

Maximum of 4 cars per stay is allowed to park on property (please follow street parking rules).

We do provide a start up supply of the following upon your arrival:

- 1 roll of paper towel in kitchen

- 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom

- Some trash bags

- Hand soap

- Dishwashing liquid + sponge

- A couple of dishwasher pods

Please remember to purchase more for your stay along with laundry detergent and everything else you might need. There is Publix, Walmart, Target, Aldi and other stores within 10-15 min drive for your convenience.

House rules:

- Have fun :)

- Please do not leave doors and/or windows open - Florida has tropical hot climate, the A/C will stop working and you might have insects or lizards visiting you in your sleep ;).

- All trash must be bagged as per community rules, no loose trash permitted in bins.

- Total occupancy limit for our house is 12 people including children, no additional guests are permitted to stay on property. This occupancy limit is in effect 24/7.

- Parties are not allowed under any circumstances. We consider a party any number of guests over the stated occupancy, a limit set by the HOA.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, please be mindful of the noise level for our neighbors.

- To ensure maximum cleanliness for all our guests we ask that no shoes, food, or drinks be allowed in bedrooms.

- Guests use the pool and spa at their own risk under all circumstances, children need to be supervised at all times both in home and pool area; management and owner are not reliable for any injuries, no exceptions.

- Smoking inside the house and use of illegal substances in and outside the house are strictly prohibited and subject to a fine of $600, plus any additional fees imposed by the community.

- Small neutered dogs (up to 40lb) might be considered, but it is subject to prior approval, fees apply. Should you bring your dog or any pet without prior approval, you will be asked to leave without refund.

- Tropical creatures are endemic to our area, we have regular preventative pest control, but it is possible that a critter might sneak inside; please help us keep them out by keeping windows and doors closed.

- We do not provide outdoor grill and do not allow them to be used on property under any circumstances.

- No weapon and fireworks are permitted.

Trailers, RVs and boats are not permitted on resort grounds.

Please note, that upon booking you will be asked for the following:

- Photo/copy of ID (Driver’s License)

- Selfie with your ID for verification purposes

- List of names and ages of all adults as well as number and ages of all kids who will stay at the property (we reserve the right to request copies of photo IDs of all adults)

- Signed rental agreement

The above needs to be provided within 48 hours from booking, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel booking and no refund will be issued.

Resort and house access:

- Confirmation of reservation and an ID need be shown at the gate for entry

- Door code will be provided a day before arrival date and will work from 4pm on check in day to 10 am on check out day only

- For early check in and/or late check out please inquire 24 h before arrival date, as we are not able to guarantee those earlier, fees may apply.

All guests are required to follow house and resort rules, breaking any of them will result in guests being asked to leave the property without refund.

Surveillance: there are security cameras at the front and both sides of the house, as well as doorbell camera at front entrance of the home for your safety.
