The ground floor of this villa is an open concept with a living area featuring a 65" Smart 4k tv. The granite countertop kitchen boasts all new 2022 stainless appliances. Both open up to a covered lanai w a fully enclosed screened in jacuzzi/pool. This villa is fully air conditioned with Free WiFi and a game room(foosball table, billiards, and pac man arcade).

Beautiful 7 bedroom 4.5 bath vacation home with an amazing view of the water and conservation area teaming with wildlife. It has a living room area which is great for socializing in addition to a dining room and modern fully equipped kitchen. The villa is fully air conditioned.

The heated pool with spa faces the south so you can see the sun from sunrise to sunset. It has a large pool deck with plenty of loungers, seats, and tables. There is a lot of room to sit back and relax, take a dip in the pool to cool off, or enjoy the peaceful lake and surrounding conservation area. The pool area has a child safety fence and alarm on the patio door.

Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, the villa is nearby to Orlando’s must-see attractions. You can enjoy nearby theme park destinations such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Aquatica, and more! Only 3 miles to Disney World theme parks.
