From everywhere you have a great view of the outdoor area with pool and the canal behind it. The terrace with heated pool invites you to relax, unwind and enjoy an evening barbecue. 11.5% tax (5% tourist tax and 6.5% sales tax) must be added to the rental price and the final cleaning. These will be invoiced directly by the landlord 4 weeks before arrival together with the deposit and must be paid in advance; the deposit will be refunded after departure of the guests (after handing over the villa in proper condition).
