The Space:

We offer you L'Occitan, for a medium-term stay, this rental with a mobility lease will provide you with the necessary comfort for a long stay.

You will benefit from a charming and bright apartment equipped with high-speed Wifi as well as a parking space.

Check-in is self-service and sheets and towels are provided.

Well located between Toulouse and the Blagnac business center (near Airbus & Airport), you can enjoy the comfort offered by the apartment (fully air-conditioned):

The relaxation/sleeping area:
- A comfortable double bed (140x190) for a restful night.
- A small armchair to relax in.
- A flat-screen TV.

The dining area:
- An open kitchen to the living room, fully equipped with a cooking hob, fridge, kitchen utensils, microwave, dishes...
- A high table with high chairs.

A bathroom with shower, sink with mirror, and toilet. A hairdryer is at your disposal.

Ideal for remote work with a high-speed Wifi connection.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available for our Travelers every day, from 10 am to 7 pm (we are not reachable between 7 pm and 10 am, as we also like to rest a bit).
We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we happen to fall short of your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn :)

To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online registration (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. We will specifically ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Contract) and the security deposit fingerprint by credit card exclusively (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)

Other Things to Note:
To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete your Boarding Pass with our external solution ENSO Connect, only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules and the platform. We will specifically ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a written Contract) and the €500 security deposit fingerprint (you may also choose alternatively a damage waiver, a flat fee paid that exempts you from liability up to an amount equal to the security deposit. This damage waiver is non-refundable, unlike the security deposit). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)
