The space
Out place Isa large open space with living, dining and large kitchen. Unfortunately, guests have already been not taking care of furniture. We ask if you choose to stay here, please be considerate. Pull the stools away from the island before spinning in them. They are hitting the island counter and damaging the stools. Our furniture is high end and very expensive. Please be considerate and treat it as if it were yours.

Other things to note
Please help take care of furniture. If you take kids please be mindful that the furniture is very expensive. Please help us take care of these items so others can enjoy the luxury when they visit our place. We’ve already had damage to our stools from people not being mindful and swinging them into the island counter top, damaging them. Please pull the plastic wear spoons, spatulas off the pans when cooking, so they do not melt and damage. Dont leave dishes close to the stove when it’s is on they can melt, this is a fire hazard. Please if you leave food in-the fridge, leave it on plates or in pans, so it doesn’t leave a runny mess. Especially if it’s raw meat, it gets all over the fridge and is very un sanitary. We are very simple people, but some of these things may not be so common to others, so we wanted to mention it for anyone who books, so they have an idea of how to help us take care of the place. We are also a non smoking penthouse. You can smoke on the balcony, please close the doors/windows while you smoke. We also do not allow pets.
