Start the morning with coffee by the window, then catch the Killington shuttle from the main road across from the complex. Studio 441 at Killington Center Inn and Suites sleeps up to four guests in two full beds, all in one open 250-square-foot room. The studio is up one flight of stairs.
Inside the studio
The room has a mini fridge, microwave and single-serve coffee maker for drinks and snacks. There is no kitchen or kitchenette. A small table sits by the window, and the two beds face a smart TV. Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning are available.
The ensuite bathroom has a tub and shower combination, toilet and long vanity counter. Linens and towels are provided.
Pool and getting around
The shared heated saltwater pool is open from Memorial Day to mid-September, from 8 AM to 8 PM. The studio has no private outdoor space, balcony or patio.
The shuttle runs hourly from the main road across from the complex. Killington's Snowshed Base is approximately 2.9 miles away, Pico Mountain is about 3.2 miles away and Killington's K1 Base is approximately 3.6 miles away. Gifford Woods State Park is about 1.8 miles from the studio.
Before you book
The primary renter must be at least 25. Maximum occupancy is four guests. Pets are not allowed, and a signed rental agreement is required. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the rental property, including building entryways. Parties, events and commercial photography are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. A Minut device may be used to monitor volume levels, and a camera is in the shared indoor corridor outside Unit 441.
Check-in uses a smart lock. Your unique code appears in your Boarding Pass two hours before check-in. All-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended for winter travel.
Water information
The building's regulated well-water system is regularly tested. Under the current posted notice, bottled water must be used for drinking, cooking and all other consumption-related purposes. Complimentary bottled water is provided in every unit. Tap water may be used for showering, washing and other non-consumption uses. The notice relates to naturally occurring radium and manganese levels, which are monitored and may change over time.
