Kihei Kai Nani is located in a fully hotel‑zoned area, which means our vacation rental remains 100% legal and available for short‑term stays. With all the recent changes on Maui, we’re grateful we can continue welcoming guests to our beautiful spot.

Our ground‑floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo (#6‑150) is just a 2‑minute walk to Kamaole Beach Park II, one of South Maui’s favorite beaches for swimming, snorkeling, lifeguards, and unforgettable sunsets.

From the parking lot, there are a few larger steps leading up to the walkway to the front door, and handrails are available for support.

If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place in a truly unbeatable location, this is it.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, with A/C in both rooms to keep you cool after a day in the sun. We offer high‑speed Wi‑Fi, upgraded cable, and free calls to the U.S. and Canada.

The full kitchen has lots of storage, including a pantry, so you can stock up on your favorite Maui treats. On‑site laundry is available, and the resort features a large 60x30 pool, BBQ areas, tropical landscaping, free parking, and night security.

We also include everything you need for a perfect beach day — chairs, umbrellas, ice packs, coolers, toys, towels, and boogie boards. Just grab your gear and walk across the street to the ocean.

Aloha! We’re DiAnne Durossette and Brad Danford — a husband and wife team from Sonoma, California, and longtime Maui lovers. After more than 20 years of unforgettable trips to the island, our dream became reality in September 2016 when we purchased this beautiful, family-owned condo at Kihei Kai Nani. Our connection to Maui runs deep — our daughter moved here twelve ago, and now we’re lucky to have two wonderful grandchildren born on the island. Owning this condo has truly been a gift, and we’re grateful to be able to share it with others. We believe in living Pono — with kindness, balance, and the Aloha spirit. Maui’s beauty, warm people, and laid-back pace continue to inspire us every day.
