The west exposure outdoor area features a dining table where you can enjoy a quiet dinner while watching the different colors of the sunset, a small BBQ where you can prepare dinner for your family, some loungers to sunbath after swimming in the pool, and a boat dock where you can fish, see dolphins and manatees, and park your boat.

The property offers an open-concept floor plan with plenty of sliding doors throughout the house to ensure incredible water views from. The living room features comfortable seating, a smart TV with cable access and all the popular streaming apps, and a designated space with a small office desk and chair. The dining table offers seating for up to 6 people.

The master suite features a king bed, a couch, and a TV as well as direct access to the pool area to ensure privacy between the master and guest suite. The master bath features a shower, a side bathtub, and two separate vanities. The other two bedrooms offer a queen-size bed. The second bathroom features a shower and a single vanity. The kitchen is equipped with older yet functional appliances. In addition to that, you’ll find all the basics needed to prepare a meal during your stay.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed.
