Guest will have exclusive use of the house at J-town Junction LLC.

The hall linen closet and garage are locked (where we store our boat). You’ll have access to the WHOLE property, except for those areas.

Host is available by Airbnb app, phone and text throughout your stay. Available by message or if URGENT voice call 24 hours. If you have questions, please reach out to me by texting or calling. Please message us through Airbnb when possible.

We also have family that live couple of doors down on the street. We also have the best cleaning crew, who keep the home spotless! My wonderful assistant Karla, will be happy to help if you have any urgent needs during your stay.

No Pets - no exceptions: Jourdanton and the surrounding area may offer other homes that are pet-friendly. This is not that home.

*Texas House Bill 4164 states the penalty for people misrepresenting their dogs as service animals when they are not specially trained. The State fee for violating this law is $1,000 & 30 hours of community service and will be strictly enforced.

Capacity: Accommodates up to 7 overnight guests comfortably. If you would like to have up to 3 additional day guests (10 guests total), ask when you inquire about the property and confirm your plans before booking as we are a quiet property, ideal for small groups and peaceful gatherings, not parties. Only overnight guests are allowed on the property after 10:00 pm.

Check-In/Check-Out: We look forward to welcoming you at 4 PM and check-out by 10 AM. Early check-in is available when possible, contact us a day or two before check-in to confirm availability. Late check-out may be available when we do not have same-day turnovers. Ask the day before check-out. No extra charge for up to two hours when available.

Age Requirements: Minimum age to book without reviews (or only 1-2 reviews) is 30. The minimum age to book with at least 3 positive reviews is 25. The individual booking this property must be an overnight guest. Please see booking details prior to booking.

Rental Agreement and Local Tax: A separate rental agreement will be sent upon booking. We will need the rental agreement to be returned within 72 Hrs of your booking. If you do not complete this, we will cancel your reservation.

4 Cars Max: The driveway/garage apron can hold 4 cars. Please do not park on the street in front of the house. We have a sprinkler system and if grass is driven on it will damage the sprinkler heads.

Smoke-Free Home: Our home is smoke-free, including vapes. If you smoke please do so outside and dispose of all butts in the provided container on the patio. If litter is found, we will bill you for the extra cleaning fee associated with it.

Leave at home: Hair dye, glitter, water balloons, or cascarones/confetti.
