About this place
Wrightsville Beach Island Bungalow, 5-8 min walk beach/restaurants
If you want a quiet, laid back, private retreat in the middle of the thriving Wrightsville Beach scene, check out this little bungalow! Truly the best of both worlds, this 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath cottage is located on a quiet neighborhood one-way street with mostly foot traffic BUT also in the middle of everything at Wrightsville Beach. After a grocery run, you can park your car the remainder of your stay because “all things fun” can be reached on foot. That’s right….the beach, the channel, great restaurants, awesome coffee houses, surf shops, ice cream, supplies, gifts all within 5-9 min walk. It is an outdoor enthusiasts “candy store!” Bikes will get you there even faster. If you must drive, we have a WB resident parking pass for your use which allows you to park right at the beach. What a deal!
Pets? 150.00 pet fee at discretion of owner. No aggressive breads - pit bull, chow, etc...No dogs that bark a lot. We like our neighbors :-)
The Bungalow: Discover the quaint charm of this 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath cottage with relaxing screen porch and outdoor patio. Enjoy the breezes that blow through as you read a book, have a cocktail with a friend, or just ponder life. If you happen to visit during a month with an “R”, you must have a oyster roast on the vintage brick patio under trees. There is cozy living/kitchen/eating area where you can prepare fresh Mahi or Grouper from Motts Seafood, enjoy a glass of wine, or snuggle up to watch a movie. We love the expansive window at the eating area that makes us feel as we are still outdoors. Well stocked kitchen with blender, toaster, kettle, microwave, and everything needed to cook. The beds are comfortable. Wifi allows for streaming. Linens and bath towels are included but please bring your beach towels. The beds are super comfortable: Queen, 2 twins, and a cot for a little person.
We provide two bicycles. You can rent PUD, kayak, surfboard, and additional bikes just a few minutes walk. 250 feet from our front door there is a public access for easy entry into banks channel. You will certainly be able to unwind in this comfortable home.
