The entire house and garden are furnished and designed with great attention to detail. The house offers 220 square metres of living space on a plot of approx. 1200 square metres. The interior in particular is inspired by the beautiful Floridian flair and has a very maritime feel.

The spacious living room is equipped with a 55′ HD LED TV. Home cinema with DVD, telephone and WiFi also leave nothing to be desired. The exclusive kitchen is integrated directly into the living area and has high-quality granite worktops. The kitchen equipment naturally includes everything your heart desires. You are also perfectly equipped for a barbecue. A gas barbecue in the outdoor area is of course available.

You will be looked after on site by our German-speaking property management. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are only permitted with our authorisation.
