The house was built in 1988 on the edge of an orange orchard. It is 185 sq.m. and consists of 3 levels. The 1st level consists of a bedroom, dining room, kitchen and a WC with shower. The living room occupies the second level and has a fireplace and a wardrobe. On the third level, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an office with two beds. It is suitable for holidays. It is a 4 minute drive from the beach or 15-20 minutes walk.

It can accommodate up to 10 people.

It has α private pool.

The house consists of 5 acres of land with a three-level 185 sq.m. house built on the edge. Surrounded by trees, greenery, and farms, you will never be disturbed.

Also, there is a 4.5 x 9 x 1.40 m. swimming pool for exclusive use by guests.

From 1 January 2025, there will be an 11 KV EV charger.

You can access the farm in the back of the house to handpick oranges and lemons from the trees if you wish.
