This home features: 4 bed rooms (2 King, 1 twin, 1 bunk) and 2 jack and jill baths, a well appointed, updated kitchen complete with Ninja toaster oven and granite counters, an upstairs laundry area and a downstairs shower for after a sandy day on the beach, and a dedicated work/gaming space with printer, and high speed internet. Living room is cozy with 60" smart TV - perfect for game day. Dining area is comfortable with seats for 6 and two more at kitchen bar.

Guest access
Guest can use the entire upstairs of the house except for the owners closet and cabinets that are locked.

Other things to note
Garage under house is off limits.
