Welcome to Hillside Haven, your ultimate getaway in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. This spacious retreat is minutes away from all major attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and provides you with the perfect home base to local attractions such as the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Dollywood.

Resort Pool: Our guests have access to the pool, deli and fishing pond at Honeysuckle Meadows RV Park. The pool and deli are open Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend (weather permitting).

This 3,200+SF 4-bedroom 3-bathroom cabin has (2) levels. Note: You will need to use stairs to access the main level from the parking area.

Main Level:
The main level has an open-concept kitchen, living and dining area. You will also find two front porches offering ridgeline mountain view. The backyard has a large enclosed patio that houses a hot tub along with an alfresco dining experience. Through the enclosed patio, you can walk in to a large firepit area where you can enjoy marshmallows while cooking on a 30" charcoal grill or enjoying a game of corn hole. Inside, the main main level also has (3) bedrooms, each with a king bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom while the other king bedrooms share another bathroom.

Lower Level:
The lower level has a bunk bedroom, a large theater room equipped to seat 12 people along with an expansive game room featuring a full size pool table, foosball, ping pong table and plenty of boards games. The lower level also has a full size bathroom with a shower.

Perched on a full acre along a quiet country lane in Wears Valley, our cabin commands sweeping ridgeline views of the Great Smoky Mountains — the kind of panorama that greets you every morning and glows at golden hour every evening. It's a setting that feels genuinely removed from the world, yet keeps you remarkably close to everything.

The cabin is surrounded by beautiful nature, but close enough to the action when you're ready for adventure. The generous acre of land gives guests room to breathe, spread out, and soak in those long mountain vistas without another rooftop in sight.

Just a short drive puts you on the Parkway, the heart of it all, with the full range of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg's dining, shopping, and entertainment at your fingertips. From there, the possibilities are endless — thrill rides and world-class shows at Dollywood, the scenic wonder of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the iconic wildlife loop through Cades Cove, white-water adventures, mountain coasters, craft breweries, and the one-of-a-kind shops and galleries lining Gatlinburg's main strip.

When the day is done, you'll trade all of that for something even better — a quiet acre, a million-dollar ridgeline view, and the kind of stillness that only the mountains can offer.

Keep in mind these are winding mountain roads. Many of the best attractions are spread out. You will spend a lot of time in the car. The road to the cabin is an easy drive with no steep roads.

★ The Great Smoky Mountain National Park★

The park is gorgeous but timely to navigate for first time visitors. There is no Cell Service once you're in the park so be prepared with maps or screen shots. We recommend downloading offline maps of the areas to be prepared for loss of cell service. There are no cabins inside the park other than the ones you may pass on certain hikes that are 100 years old and not inhabitable.

- Wears Cove Gap (Townsend Park Entrance): 5 Miles.
- Townsend Great Smokies Welcome Center: 10 Miles

★ Cades Cove: 25 miles. 1 hour to get there. The loop at Cade's cove is 10.6 miles. Drive it, rent a bike at the start and bike it, or run it. It is closed to cars and open to runners and cyclists Wednesday and Saturday mornings until 10:00am from Early May to Late September. Gorgeous views, wildlife, and a pretty good chance you'll see bears.

★ Kuwohi Visitor Center (Clingman's Dome) 36 Miles. Roughly an hour to get there. There are plenty of amazing hikes at Newfound Gap on the way up such as Andrews Bald and "The Jump Off" and more hikes in the Clingman's Dome area. Those less adventurous should at the very least check out the observation tower at Clingman's dome.

★ Tanger Outlet Malls: 10.5 Miles. Easy Roads. The Parkway gets busy in peak season. Local Tip: If you plan to visit for shopping, beat the traffic by visiting on week day and leave before 10 am.

★ The Apple Barn: 10 Miles Easy Roads.

★ Titanic Museum: 9.5 Miles Easy Roads.

★ Nearby Airports: Knoxville Airport (TYS): 31 Miles - 45-60 min drive.

• Occupancy: 14 Person Maximum, including children and infants.

• NO Smoking/Vaping of any substances on the property premises (indoors or outdoors).

• No parties or events are allowed.

• Quiet time is strictly enforced between 9 pm and 7 am.

• Pets: Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets. However, some of our family members and guests are very allergic to pet dander. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. There are many pet-friendly cabins in the area that would love to host your family.

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-in or late check-out.

• Roads: The road from the main road to the cabin is easy and paved. Although snow here is rare, in the winter, 4WD or AWD may be necessary. Cell service is spotty in the mountains. We highly recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel, just in case service is lost.

• Parking: Park immediately in front of the cabin. Parking is available for up to 5-6 cars.

• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. You will receive a unique door code ahead of your stay.

• Security Camera: A security camera is in place at the front of the cabin for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera or disconnect the Wifi, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

• Weather: We do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Hot Tub: Our tub will accommodate 5 people. The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol and glassware are NOT allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Do not dive headfirst into the hot tub. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please refer to the hot tub rules posted on the patio for further details. Our housekeeper drains, cleans, and refills the hot tub before your stay; therefore, it may not be warm when you arrive.

• Outdoor Grill: A park-style charcoal grill is provided for your use. We do not provide firewood, charcoal, kindling or lighter.

• Trash: Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the bearproof trash containers next to the driveway. Please always keep the bearproof trash containers closed and locked. For an extra fee, additional garbage pick-up can be organized during your stay. Please contact us a day ahead in order to allow enough time to organize additional service with our housekeeper.

• Critters: We subscribe to monthly pest control. However, this cabin is in the wilderness, and with that comes bugs and other wild animals, including bears and snakes. Please practice bear safety. Remember to keep all doors (vehicle and cabin) locked, throw trash in the bear-proof containers, don't feed or try to approach a bear. Do not leave any food outdoors, including on the grill or in your car.

• Consumables: An initial set of supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, trash bag) are provided to begin your stay. We do not offer daily housekeeping service and will not be able to restock these supplies during your stay.
