Welcome to Costa Bella Cottage! a 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom single family home! This home has undergone a full renovation and is furnished with all new furniture for a clean and luxurious stay in sunny Naples, FL!

You will have the entire home to yourself during your stay! Please note: use of pool, hot tub and bikes is provided for your enjoyment. Please take necessary precautions and use at your own risk!
For guests traveling with kids, we have an alarm system for the back doors that we highly encourage you to use for tour safety!

Other things to note
Please note: due to severe asthma and allergies, we are unable to host any pets or animals.

Hurricane/ weather Policy: In the event that a mandatory evacuation is issued by Collier County we will issue a full refund. If a mandatory evacuation is not issued we do not issue any refunds. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance for you stay just in case.

Heated pool: we heat the pool to 85 degrees during the months of November - April. Depending on the outdoor temperature, the water may or may not reach 85 degrees if the air is too cool. The pool heater will not be available if the outside temperature reaches 55 degrees or below.

Redevelopment: Due several hurricanes in the recent year, all of Naples, including our neighborhood of Brookside, is under constant redevelopment and construction. We have several houses in the neighborhood under construction and one neighbor who will start construction in the near future. You may hear nearby construction during your stay though we have not noticed any during our stays. Its still a possibility!

Air Traffic: We are about 1.5 miles from the Naples Airport. Air Traffic picks up during the Winter In-Season months. We enjoy riding bikes to the airport to watch the planes and also enjoy watching them fly overhead. Though we are not in a direct flight path, you can hear the planes while outside. We enjoy them!
