New 50” flatscreen smart TV where you can stream your favorite shows and movies. FREE Wi-Fi with 300 Mbps download speed and upload speeds from up to 5 Mbps to up to 10 Mbps. Ample capacity for streaming, gaming, or remote working.

Relax in the two well appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has full and twin beds, The recently updated bathroom has a tub and shower combo, new vanity and chair height toilet.

The well-equipped kitchen is a great place to let your creative juices flow preparing meals with island fresh ingredients, or enjoy a plated meal of your favorite island take-out. Enjoy morning coffee on the balcony using your own K-cups or filter brewed coffee.

The dining area seats 4 for meals, yet is also perfect for games, and remote working.

There is a portable air conditioner to cool the space and a ceiling fan with light in each room, controlled by remote controls.

All linen and bath towels are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. We also provide a starter supply of washer pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper and paper towels.

“Should I bring my car?”
We encourage our guests to leave their cars behind when coming to the Island. Martha’s Vineyard is easy to explore by bike or scooter and our public transportation system is easy to navigate. However, if you bring your car, you must have a ferry reservation that aligns with your travel dates. There is a dedicated parking space available in the rear of the building. There is also street parking. However, town restrictions apply.
