Relax and unwind in this lovely 1 BR, 1 BA, 2-story up island cottage. Access to Lambert’s Cove beach, VH ferry, bike trails, and more yet far enough away from the bustle of summer island activity.

Linen and bath towels are included. Beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also available for your use. Ideal for single travelers, couple or 4 (max) seeking a great vacation experience.
Newly updated, fireplace, BBQ grill & private patio. One (1) large upstairs bedroom, full bath, refreshing outdoor shower. Queen sleeper in living room, well equipped kitchen. On cool evenings, enjoy sitting around the fireplace with your favorite beverage. All linen, towels, beach towels and umbrella are provided. Enjoy quintessential island living in a peaceful setting!

Away from the crowds and traffic, the Cottage is less than 10 minutes drive from Vineyard Haven Ferry, a short drive to Oak Bluffs and Edgartown while also providing convenient access to Chilmark and Aquinnah. Approximately 3 miles drive to Lambert’s Cove Beach, one of the most beautiful white sand beaches on the island (beach stickers are available from Parks and Recreation for $10); a short walk to State Forest, minutes to West Tisbury Center and Martha’s Vineyard airport by car, bus or bike.

Amenities include free WiFi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, coffee maker, outdoor shower, BBQ grill and private patio for al fresco dining. Beach chairs and umbrella. Bike rentals are available for delivery to the property.

Please use only our energy efficient mini-split A/C / heat pump system for heating and cooling the house. Look for the WHITE SAMSUNG REMOTE CONTROL in each room to operate the units which is very user friendly. Please keep the electric baseboard heaters OFF at all times. Use of the electric baseboard heaters may result in additional fees.

Guest Access

Guests have full use of the entire guest house, its private driveway and parking area, outdoor shower, and BBQ grill. The garage, main house and outbuildings are private.

Start your island vacation listening to crashing waves and breathing fresh sea air. Drive on back roads and stop for turkeys, not traffic lights. Go back in time and walk past Captain's houses, wander through the historic Campgrounds and marvel at the colorful and charming gingerbread cottages. Visit the five light houses, the Arboretum and Lake Tashmoo. Make lasting memories taking in breathtaking sunsets. Following a day at the beach (with sandy feet) and sightseeing, put your your feet up and relax in front of the warm fireplace.
