An amazing house steps from the sand with 6-star hospitality. Less than a minute's walk to the sand, our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and comfortably sleeps 10. Our beautifully decorated home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar, bathrooms with fluffy towels, and ready-made beds with linens and blankets. There are SMART TVs in each bedroom and living room, all equipped with ROKU, YouTube TV, Disney+, ESPN+, HULU, and Paramount+. We offer an assortment of kitchen and bath amenities.

-Fully equipped kitchen amenities include a Keurig and auto-drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, pots and pans, and an assortment of utensils for home-cooked meals.

-For your enjoyment, we provide you with a variety of K-Cups, filter coffee packs, individual coffee creamer, sugar, and Splenda.

-A variety of Tazo teas is furnished for you as well.

-Along with oil and spices, there is a plentiful supply of dishwashing soap, hand soap, dish towels, and sponges for your convenience.

-There is a large deck off of the kitchen with a grill, grill utensils, and a beautiful polywood table and chairs that is perfect for an evening of Al Fresco dining.

-All queen and king beds include new Zinus memory foam mattresses and luxury pillows.

-The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with a large closet and a private bathroom.

-The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin-size bunk beds with a trundle, which is perfect for kids.

-Downstairs, with a private entrance, you will find the fourth bedroom with two queen beds along with a private bathroom. This area has its own split unit for A/C and heat.

-USB ports on nightstands in each bedroom.

-There is a full-size washer/dryer with laundry detergent located in the second bathroom.

-In the laundry area, you will find a full-size ironing board with an iron and laundry basket.

-Downstairs on the parking level, you will find a storage room with beach items for your convenience, including beach chairs, a beach cart, beach buckets for building amazing sandcastles, and a cornhole board with bags.

A family-friendly neighborhood on the famous east end of the island. We are located on a dead-end street with direct access to the beach. This section of the beach is not crowded.
