Stays of 31 nights or longer may qualify for exemption from Michigan's 6% state use tax, subject to applicable tax requirements. All mid-term rentals require an additional lease agreement and include a complimentary basic cleaning/inspection every two weeks. The final checkout cleaning fee still applies.

Stays longer than 4 weeks require host approval and cannot be instantly booked.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and tableware for your stay. There is a common pantry and a spice cupboard. You are welcome to use any staples in the cabinets or condiments in the refrigerator if they are available, but we cannot guarantee anything will be there for certain. It all depends on what people use and what people leave.
