Spacious home in Royal Oak near Beaumont

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Fully furnished property features 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds, a dedicated work station, Wifi and multiple Smart tv's, coffee bar and new appliances in kitchen. Fenced in yard, located in quiet neighborhood with many families. Walking distance to playground and Shrine Catholic Basilica. We are a family friendly house! The property has hardwood floors throughout, refrigerator with water/ice, dishwasher, electric range, 2 washers and dryers, and a dedicated workspace and an EV charger on the back of the house. Enjoy the fenced yard and quiet neighborhood!

We will provide towels, linens, and bedding. We will also provide essentials like basic spices and condiments, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. We do have a steam iron and ironing board available. We have luggage racks and humidifiers in each room. An air mattress is also available for use. We do have some baby items available for guest use - please inquire.
