3 parking spaces and boat trailer parking by the road. We created a shell driveway for the boat trailers.

🦀Cottages are one driveway over from each other, with 1 neighbor in between and share the same canal.

🦩You have access to our private community pool, hot tub and clubhouse steps from the home. Guest tags need to be on you at all times to use amenities. In season there are numerous clubhouse activities you can participate in (cards, bingo, exercise, dinners etc…)

🌸Private boat launch right on our street, which makes for a super easy experience

🛺1 electric Golf cart is available to rent for your stay. Restricted to neighborhood use only to shuffle between houses, going to the pool and boat launch etc…waiver would need to be signed. Rates will be sent.

🌞What’s not to love about Pine Island? Our cottages are the perfect getaway with gulf access canal in our backyard, private docks, a great pool and jet tub! You will see adorable manatees up and down our canal! There is an awesome osprey nest near the house. Really cool tropical wildlife all around. We are across from a huge open preserve and next to a farm - can you say relaxing! Ability to rent the golf cart right at the houses is a bonus! Golf cart is ONLY for use in our neighborhood and cannot get around entire island. Please make sure to research Pine Island before you book to make sure it meets your expectations of where you want to explore on your vacation. Thank you 😊

🧘‍♀️Old Florida Vibes, peaceful natural environment, wildlife & manatee watching. Gorgeous barrier Island beaches short boat ride away-Captiva/Sanibel/Cayo/Boca Grande/Cabbage Key! We have one very small beach on our island you can swim, fish, launch kayaks etc…called tropical point. The best fishing! All about relaxation here!

🚴🏼‍♀️Our island has a 16 mile wide bike path from one end to the other!! So fun to rent e bikes and explore. Enjoy 😊

🚣‍♀️Please note we are in Flamingo Bay and how our community is set up with 2 houses on the waterside and 2 houses across street on non waterside. Our homes are located more towards the street on the waterside, with our path down to our dock and a beautiful water view. Please look at the arial shot pic with white circles around each cottage to see the set up.🦩

Full access to both properties minus 1 closet in each home is locked for housecleaning.

Other things to note
Please note you are booking 2 cottages. Max of 6 people to each cottage, 12 people total. No smoking in either. Max of 2 pets per cottage. Pet fee is a flat $200 per booking. Please add correct amount of people and pets into reservation. Thank you!
