As previously indicated, this is a room rental house! Each room is rented with specific terms for each guest. Some guests are staying from Airbnb and others are on long term leases. This listing is ONLY for a room in the house. I am not renting the entire house and do not plan on it!

Each guest tends to claim their own parking spot based on senority at the house. Two of the guest already park under the garage, however the spot next to the garage on the dirt is available as well.

The inside & outside of the house has been remodeled. However, the backyard is just dirt at the moment.
