Elevate your stay with optional grocery provisioning and onboard food & beverage service, so everything is stocked and ready before you arrive.

• At check-in you will be met by one of our concierges who will give a tour of the boat and its amenities, they will also be your on site contact during your stay with us.

This is not a standard stay.
Every reservation is customized for you and your guests onboard comforts, and complimentary welcome touches in advance.
For guests who wish to elevate their stay further, select enhancements may be arranged in advance after booking, including priority boarding, romantic or celebration setups, extended departure when available, and access to select on-the-water excursions aboard this yacht or our 19 foot center console tender. Private Chefs can be arranged for your stay or your excursion.

Other things to note

This is a docked luxury yacht stay; the vessel remains at the marina unless a private charter or cruise is arranged in advance as a separate experience.
To preserve the yacht's refined interiors, guests are kindly asked to remove shoes while onboard.
Enjoy a relaxed departure—no cleaning required. Simply gather personal belongings and secure the yacht upon exit.
Guests enjoy complimentary parking.
Check-in begins after 3:00 PM | Checkout by 10:00 AM. Early or late checking can be arranged if availability allows.
This is a luxury yacht stay, not a traditional hotel room.
• The yacht remains docked at the marina and can be chartered for an excursion.
• All of our Captains are fully licensed and insured.
• Marina ambiance includes gentle movement, dock activity, and occasional marine sounds - part of the authentic waterfront experience.
• Access involves walking on docks and stepping aboard; please let us know if you or one of your guests has any mobility restrictions.
• Quiet hours are respected in the marina to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
• No parties or unregistered visitors without prior approval.
• Weather and marine conditions may occasionally affect dock access or marina amenities.
• Detailed arrival instructions, parking info, and onboard guidance will be provided prior to check-in

Guest access
Guest have full access to all living spaces and outside areas of the yacht except for those lockers/closets that are sealed closed.
We ask that you do not handle any of the circuit breakers, engine controls and instruments as these require specialized knowledge.
The air-conditioning controls are normally set for what is comfortable to most guest and therefore should be left alone.

Other things to note
This listing is for stay/lodging on the yacht while it remains docked in its slip at the marina.
If interested in actually going on a charter on this vessel please contact us to enquire. A word of wisdom, yacht charters are not like renting a car, yachts are very expensive to own and operate which reflects in the cost of a charter.

We do also offer our 19 foot center console for charters and that one is very affordably priced. Perfect for small groups and sandbar, snorkeling trips.

- we ask you refrain from wearing shoes while on board
- no smoking/vaping is allowed on the vessel for obvious
fire hazard concerns
- no preparing and or cooking/grilling of fish on the
vessel due to enormous task of getting rid of any
smells
- We understand that many like to fish, however to help
preserve the pristine condition of our yacht we ask
that you refrain from fishing of the vessel.
- it is not possible for you to operate/captain/skipper
the yacht, only experienced captains with inside
knowledge of this yacht and that are approved by the
insurance are able to do so

We have 2 bicycles and 2 kayaks that are available to you at a small usage fee and security deposit.
