Forest of Dreams is a located in the heart of WaterColor with close access to the Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, Boat House and the beach. It is also steps away from the cut-through to Seaside, making it a short walk to the Seaside square in less than 5 minutes. The home can sleep up to 12 vacationers. Kids will have fun biking the trails out the back door while the adults can watch from the porch swinging bed.

The downstairs open floor plan includes 2 lounging spaces, perfect for the whole family. The front area forms a cozy reading spot and the back surrounds the television. In between is the gourmet kitchen and breakfast bar for 6. The large 8-top dining table and wet bar creates the perfect gathering spot. Off of the main living space is a screened in porch that backs up to Western Lake with peaceful views of the preserved land that surrounds the lake.

Upstairs, you’ll find the 4 bedrooms surrounded with windows letting in natural light. The master bedroom and bathroom face the quiet forest and include a private porch. The bathroom is spacious with a claw-foot tub. Next is the full bedroom with 2 full beds. The bunk room has 4 twin bunks, so much fun for kids. The coastal facing front queen room is loaded with sunlight and beautiful views from the windows. Private baths are connected to all rooms.

Upstairs, there is also an open office with French doors that open into a private porch for those that want to stay connected to both family and work.

Throughout the house has rustic restored floors that came from a barn in Georgia.

One of the best attributes of the house is the front porch, which is great for relaxing on the swing and taking in the neighborhood activity.

Parking: The property has 2 on-site parking spaces available for rental guests to use. An on-property parking space is required for any LSV.

WaterColor amenities: The advertised number of rental guests is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the property (12). Access credentials (wristbands) are required for all guests ages 5 years and older. WaterColor charges a nightly amenity fee of $7.75 per advertised number of rental guests (12) per night in order to use the amenities of the resort. Please note this price is subject to change each January.
