790 Western Lake Drive is nestled in the Park District of WaterColor, FL. You will find yourself in the center of WaterColor with easy access to the beach, Boathouse, Beach Club, and Camp WaterColor. It is also conveniently located right next to the walking path that brings you to Seaside in less than 5 minutes. With this prime location you will be sure to find something for the whole family!

The 1st floor is where you will find all 4 bedrooms with their private baths. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large custom headboard. The master bath is covered in intricate tile work and has a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The 2 guest queen bedrooms both have a private bathroom with dual sinks. The 4th bedroom has tailor-made full bunk beds and its own private bath. There is a screened porch downstairs off of the hallway from the bedrooms.

Upstairs you will find the open concept living area featuring shiplap walls and wooden beams. The kitchen is complete with stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and slate floors. Off the kitchen is 2 dining areas, 1 with a large dining table that seats 12 and the other which seats 4. The living area has plenty of space for the whole family to relax after a long day at the beach. The 2nd floor also has 2 large porches, 1 with 2 outdoor daybeds, the other with outdoor dining and seating areas.

Parking: The property has 3 on-site parking spaces available for rental guests to use. An on-property parking space is required for any LSV.

WaterColor amenities: The advertised number of rental guests is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the property (10). Access credentials (wristbands) are required for all guests ages 5 years and older. WaterColor charges a nightly amenity fee of $7.75 per advertised number of rental guests (10) per night in order to use the amenities of the resort. Please note this price is subject to change each January.
