Your 1600+ sqft cabin provides 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 oversized living room, a game room, and a recently updated spacious kitchen/dining area. Enjoy your 2 story wrap-around deck with plenty of comfortable seating, new gas grill, hammock chairs, and firepit. The 8+ acres allows for exploring, enjoying a picnic, outdoor games/activities, and recharging/relaxing from the city lifestyle.

WILDLIFE: The cabin sits on the edge of miles of national forest, so it is likely you will see an array of wildlife like bald eagles, rabbits, deer, and elk. Please follow wildlife safety rules posted in the home and in the house manual, and follow the hiking guidelines in our house manual when exploring.

FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Wild fires are common in Colorado, so we require all guests to check local fire restrictions before using the fire pit and grill. We require that local fire restrictions are honored out of safety for our guests, the forest and nearby wildlife. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of your reservation.

SMOKING: Smoking tobacco or marijuana is not permitted inside the cabin. Please understand Colorado is a wildfire state and not properly maintaining or disposing of lit items can result in forest fires. Smoking in the cabin is subject to immediate dismissal and an additional $500 cleaning fee.

IN THE WINTER: During the winter months, 4WD/AWD may be required to reach the cabin. The roads leading to the cabin are on primary snowplow routes and routinely maintained . Please use caution and make wise travel decisions. No alterations will be made to the cancelation policy due to the weather.

*Please note there is no air conditioning in the cabin as the temperature stays cool year round at night. Fans are provided in each room during the summer months when it warms up in the day.
